Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1 ½ tsp mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip
1 tsp yellow mustard
½ tsp sweet pickle relish
Salt & pepper
Paprika, chives, and cornichons for topping
Directions
Hard boil eggs at least 12 minutes. Cool quickly with cold water.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to bowl. Mash yolks a little. Add Miracle Whip or mayonnaise and blend with fork (enough to make them creamy) mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon or pipe filling back into egg half. Top with paprika, chopped chives, and chopped cornichons.
